At SNACK’D, we work hard to make sure every order arrives fresh and tasty. However, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for melted candy or any damage that occurs during shipping, including due to weather or carrier handling.
If you receive a product that is expired, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

• Shipping Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking Info: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
• Weather Warning: Some products may melt or be affected by heat. At this time we do not offer temperature-controlled shipping, and SNACK’D is not responsible for melted items due to weather conditions.
• Shipping Delays: Please allow for possible delays during high-volume periods like holidays or sales events.
